Putnam Kruse has a full staff of appraisers that make up their appraisal group. This includes two state certified appraisers that can handle a full range of appraisal assignments and five other affiliate appraisers that focus on residential appraisal work.

M. Luanne Putnam

M. Luanne Putnam is the founder of the Putnam Kruse Appraisal group, starting in the appraisal business in northeastern Indiana in 1983. She is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser and has earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Luanne has her endorsement for FHA and is a Level I, Indiana Certified Assessor.

Dennis K. Kruse, II

Dennis K. (Matthew) Kruse, II, is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser. He has been engaged in the sale and valuation of real and personal property since 1993 and also holds real estate brokers and auctioneers licenses. Matthew has also been a township assessor in DeKalb County and has his FHA endorsement.

Judy Van Gessel

Judy Van Gessel is an Indiana Licensed Appraiser and has been appraising in northeastern Indiana since 1988. Judy worked in real estate brokerage for ten years prior to becoming an appraiser. She has also earned her FHA endorsement.

Louise Lochner

Louise Lochner is an Indiana Licensed Appraiser and has been appraising in northeastern Indiana since 2001. Louise has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985, having worked as a real estate broker and title closing agent.

Janet Dowell

Janet Dowell is an Indiana Licensed Appraiser and has been appraising in northeastern Indiana since 1992. Janet has earned her FHA endorsement.

Jeremy Kenner

Jeremy Kenner is an appraiser in training and has a bachelor's degree from Indiana University. He has been involved in the valuation of real estate since 2006.

Timothy Kruse

Timothy Kruse is an appraiser in training and is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker in the state of Indiana. He has been engaged in the sale and valuation of real estate since 2003. Tim is also the Vice President and Administrator of the Reppert School of Auctioneering, the world's oldest continually operated auction school, based in Auburn, Indiana.
